SMS Alerts
This feature allows the form owner to receive Sms alerts in addition to the ones he/she get via email. The purchased SMS’s may be applied to all active forms in the account.

Email validation
Using this feature the form owner can make sure that the email address which is entered in his form is valid (is not a fake address/ is not incorrect). The validation takes place in real-time while the form filler is filling in the form.

Private Forum
A messaging system allowing the form owner and the form filler to exchange messages back and forth in the form of a private forum.

Field Masking
A regular textbox may be formatted to collect: alpha numeric data, numeric data, date (month, day and year) and time (hour, minute and second).

In addition to the detailed features the current version contains:
Open in grid bug fix- the checkbox, which was turned on by default, sometimes used to change to “turned on” even when it was defined as “turned off”. This was dealt with and the defaultive stste was also changed to “turned off”.

An automatic account cleanup and termination policy.
According to this termination policy user accounts which are found to have no paid forms in them for the last *60 days will be terminated. Read all about it.

The 30 day trial period available for private use only.
due to massive abuse and spamming on behalf of trial version users we have decided to limit the trial version to private usage only. Forms created in this version cannot be used externally to collect data – only the forms owner is allowed to enter data in them.

Change in Policy and Prices

Policy - trial period available for private use only.
In the last 3 years we have been providing free forms, during this period many users were blocked due to form abuse and spamming. This situation became worse in the last few months forcing us to deal with it.

Due to this massive form abuse and spamming we decided to limit the 30 day trial version to private use only, making data entry in the form available to the forms owner only.
We wish to keep providing a free trial version and we will keep on doing so for private usage only.

FormLogix Prices - Update
Pricing was updated in direct relation to the expansion of servisability and adding of new work tools and componants.
The new prices will only take affect starting from november 1st.
For those who wish to enjoy our current prices - you can do so by making your form renewal now (the new purchased subscription will only start after your last subscriptions ends).

New - FormLogix 60 days account cleanup policy starting on October 17th

On October 17th FormLogix will start applying an automatic account cleanup and termination policy.
According to this termination policy user accounts which are found to have no paid
forms in them for the last *60 days will be terminated – this procedure will be
performed automatically, without a notification to the account owner.

‘Terminated’ means that all forms and data will be deleted without an option
to restore them and that the account will be closed.

*60 days - 60 days previous to cleanup date, checked at any given time and starting with 60 days passed the user’s registration date.

Free widgetbox forms currently not availabele

Due to changes in the widgetbox policy, which do not fit our free widget policy, we have decided to remove our widgetbox gadgets.
Seeing as the widgetbox gadgets will not be available we recommend that our users use the google sites gadgets instead.

What is post submit url?

When you create a form you often want it to redirect to another web page once it is submitted. This operation is called "post submit url".

Using the FormLogix form builder you can easily add this feature to your forms. you can redirect a form to another form you created in the system or simply redirect it to a url of your choice. Many users find it useful and customer oriented to create a thank you page in their website. In this page they usually thank the user for filling in the form, provide some information about the company, links to selected pages and they expected response time.
