Spanish file upload utility and more

hi again.
this new version consists of:
1- Spanish file upload utility
Our Spanish users can now enjoy the file upload utility is Spanish.
If you are using our French/Arabic/Chinese/Dutch/Russian version and wish to translate the file upload utility to your language - feel free to contact us about it.

2- textarea max length.
we have been asked by our users to add this feature inorder to allow them to add a textarea
that collects a limited number of characters (less than our 675 maximum).
3- cleaner looking user emails. the header that appeared in all emails contaning the form name is no longer apart of the emails (regular or custom).
4- minor bug fixes including file uploaded name, which had a character added by mistake to its name causing it to be invalid.
